      Cookies can be split into session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies can be used to track the websites you have visited and the options you have used. Functional cookies are necessary to ensure the functionality of websites or services. Non-functional cookies are not absolutely necessary for website functionality. This type of cookie is used to collect and analyse data on website usage or the use of mobile applications (language preferences, duration of a user session, etc.) so that we can improve OneLog.

    • You can change your email address in your OneLog account in just a few steps:

      1. Log in to with your OneLog account.
      2. Now go to Basic Profile.
      3. In Basic Profile, click on ‘Change’ in the email address field.
      4. Now enter your new email address and click ‘Continue’.
      5. You will now receive an email to confirm your new email address. Please click on ‘Confirm new email address’.

      You have now changed your email address the new email address can be seen in your OneLog account. Please log in with the new email address from now on.

      Note that you can only switch to an email address that is not already registered with OneLog. If this is the case, you will receive the error message ‘An account with this email address already exists. Please contact our Support team if you require assistance’.

    • To delete your data, please proceed as follows:

      1. Log in to your OneLog account profile page.
      2. Go to the settings in Basic Profile and click on the "Delete my OneLog account or specific account data".
      3. Select which data you would like to delete. When deleting the OneLog account, you must select all OneLog account details.
      4. Click on the button "Permanently delete".
    • If an account with your email address is already registered with OneLog, you can log in here. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the Login page by clicking the ‘Forgot password’ link.

    • Yes, you can easily activate two-factor authentication for your OneLog account in your profile settings.

    • All data transmissions on OneLog pages are fully encrypted and secure. All of our websites support the HTTPS standard. Your data is stored in line with strict guidelines.

    • OneLog is a joint venture of Ringier AG, TX Group AG, NZZ AG and CH Media. The OneLog joint venture was set up to develop and operate a joint single sign-on solution for the Swiss Digital Alliance.

    • For the OneLog login, we need the following data from you for registration:

      • email address
      • password
      • possibly: salutation, first name and surname

      We also collect other information on behalf of some of our partners, such as your nickname, address, year of birth, gender and telephone number.

    • You have the option of registering with or logging in to OneLog using your social media account. If you do this, we will receive the data required for registration or login from the social media login (salutation (optional), first name, surname, email address).

    • You must deactivate your social media login with the social media login provider.

    • You can view linked social media logins in your OneLog account and remove them from your OneLog account if you wish.

    • The OneLog website uses Google Analytics, which is a web analysis service provided by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). You can find more information on this in our Privacy Policy.

    • Non-personal data: on-personal data is generally not shared with third parties and is only used for our own purposes. For example, we may share this data with affiliated companies to compile reports on website activity. We implement technical and organisational measures to ensure that such data is not evaluated or used on a personal basis.

      Personal data: hen you register with an affiliated company for a product for the first time, your personal data will be shared with the respective company. We may also share your personal data with third parties outside of OneLog AG who perform technical or organisational services on behalf of OneLog AG a hosting partner, for example. We contractually oblige these service providers to process your personal data exclusively on our behalf as per our specifications and to ensure the protection of your personal data by implementing appropriate technical or organisational security measures.

    • Your trust in us protecting your personal data and therefore you as a person is important to us. That’s why we want you to know the following:

This means that we transparently explain to you the type of personal data we process and for what purpose. We only process personal data that we have obtained lawfully and for which we have a legal basis for processing, if needed. A legal basis can be a contract, your consent, a law or a public interest that allows us to process it or a legitimate interest on our part. Whenever we process your personal data, we will inform you of what we intend to do with it. If we no longer need your personal data and are no longer legally obliged to store it or you no longer want us to retain and process it, then we will stop doing so.
